Nice hotel for a weekend stay in Hyannis area. The pool is fun and the rooms are neat and clean. Getting the room was easy and the rates were very fare at the time. Peak season on the weekend!!

We stayed here for one night on the off-season and were very surprised at how huge our room was for the price we paid ($58). Of course, during the tourist season prices are MUCH higher. Our room was very clean and had a refrigerator, microwave, and dining table. I don't know if I would pay tourist season rates to stay here (but then again I probably wouldn't pay tourist season rates ANYWHERE on Cape Cod) but it's a nice, pretty basic place to stay

This establishment is a mid priced motel right on route 28. Doesn't have a lot of cape atmosphere but is clean and reasonably priced. They do offer specials and have a mailing list. The road is busy but there are a lot of restaurants, etc. that you can walk to.
